Remodeling projects range between $8,000 to $12,000 for a simple bath remodel and $25,000 and $80,000 for kitchen remodels. A more extensive project, like a home renovation that includes a new kitchen, master bedroom and master bath, can run between $120,000 and $350,000.
Kitchen and Bath Design / Build are located at 2140 Upas Street, San Diego, CA 92104. This is my home as I am only working part time.  I completely remodeled this 1928 English Tutor home, all new electrical, plumbing, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, windows & doors, except for the leaded glass windows. I would love to show you my home.

Mabel Van Slyke, Dwight’s mother, has lived in South Park since 1957, in a 1916 home for which she says she spent $16,500. She raised her family there, with six boys and three girls; she watched them grow up to begin families and careers of their own. Her brood didn’t stray far from home, though. In fact, on any given day she can find them just around the corner at Kitchen and Bath Design / Build.
Kitchen and Bath Design / Build is a kitchen and bath design and remodeling company. "In our years of experience, we have found that a simple kitchen remodel can change lives," Dwight Van Slyke, the owner of Kitchen and Bath Design / Build. "Before the kitchen remodel, a family might go out for dinner or order take out three or four times every week not wanting to cook or hang out in their old kitchen. But after the kitchen remodel they enjoy being in their new kitchen and want to stay home and cook more."
